excessive noise ignored feeling
Our room was on the first floor, and the noise from above was excessive, i could hear every footstep, it really impacted my stay negatively. the waitress during breakfast seemed more interested in chatting with colleagues. I had to ask for coffee each morning, it felt ignored.

The breakfast had a really good selection of foods. The dining room and terrace were beautiful (I liked the view).
The waitress seemed more interested in taking care of herself than paying attention to the guests.

great location nice variety slippery floor no apology
The hotel location was great. It allowed easy access to local attractions. the breakfast buffet had a nice variety, i found many options that i enjoyed.
The room's air conditioner dripped water. the receptionist didn't apologize about the air conditioner issue. They just said i should have reported it earlier.

I found the location perfect, right in the heart of everything. the rooftop pool offered amazing views. It was a treat after a day of exploring. the breakfast had good variety. The pastries were delicious. the staff were friendly, and they helped book restaurants.
our room happened to be above some VERY noisy guests. i could hear footsteps whenever they moved. it wasn't the most relaxing experience.

the hotel sits in a great central location. it is only a short walk from the ferry docks. this allows for easy trips to other towns around the lake, made exploring very simple.

a rooftop pool gives excellent views. i used the pool every day. i was very happy with the available pool towels, also there is a cocktail bar close to the pool that i used.

our superior double room lake view gave beautiful views. the room included plenty of hangers, a plus. a kettle and tea bags were there, so we could make tea.
